Accessibility
Everyone should be able to ask for prayer. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What is built in
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a clear focus ring.
- Text meets WCAG contrast minimums in both the night and the light look.
- Moving light can be paused with the Pause motion switch. If your device asks for reduced motion, the light stays still.
- Forms have visible labels and plain error messages, and they keep what you typed if something goes wrong.
- Every image of sacred art has a text description.
- Pages still work when you zoom in to 400 percent.
- There are no time limits, no puzzles to solve and no pop-ups.
Old words
Scripture and the old prayers keep their original wording. Some words are old on purpose.
Known limits
The two request forms need JavaScript to send.
If something doesn't work
Tell me through either form, or ask someone to send it for you. Say which page, and what went wrong. I will work to fix it.
